Alcoa in Pittsburgh seeks a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer to lead the day-to-day security operations and shape the enterprise cybersecurity strategy on a global scale. You will report to the CISO and serve as acting CISO as needed to ensure continuity and strategic leadership.

The role requires building governance, managing risk and regulatory alignment, and driving initiatives across Zero Trust, identity security, and security operations with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise cybersecurity programs.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and board-level stakeholders on security posture.
• Experience advising on risk, governance, and investment priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the cybersecurity program.
• Serve as acting CISO as needed for continuity and leadership.
• Drive initiatives like Zero Trust, identity security, and risk programs.
• Build and mentor a globally distributed cybersecurity team.
