Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity to lead our internal security program, scale SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP compliance, and drive enterprise trust. You will partner with Engineering and Product, manage top-tier security operations, and guide security posture across the organization.

You will report to the CISO, mentor teams, and collaborate with executive stakeholders and auditors to accelerate sales cycles while strengthening data protection and platform integrity.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive information security experience, 4+ years leading security teams and operations.
• Experience aligning tools/processes with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 in a SaaS environment.
• Strong incident response leadership and security architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the security roadmap with the CISO.
• Build and mentor a high-performing security team.
• Own enterprise compliance posture across SOC 2, ISO27001, FedRAMP etc.
• Engage with enterprise customers, auditors, and executives on security matters.
• Evaluate AI tools and automated workflows to optimize security operations.
• Maintain security governance, vendor risk assessments, and incident readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations.
