Qualifications

• Must have a baccalaureate degree with specified fields and five years' auditing or related experience.
• At least 18 months in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience with Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and IT/auditing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bureau Chief in shaping analytics, research, and evaluation strategies in alignment with priorities.
• Supervise day-to-day work of data analysts and development of standardized data management systems.
• Oversee translation of priorities into actionable analytics and research agendas.
• Provide leadership on analytic techniques specific to prosecution and criminal justice systems.
• Ensure analyses are accurate, methodologically sound, and actionable.
• Review products before dissemination to ensure quality and clarity.
• Collaborate with legal bureaus to understand workflows and questions; develop data-driven solutions.
• Inform strategic policy rollouts by establishing metrics and tracking implementation.
• Consider crime, policing patterns, court operations, and data quality in analysis.
