Job summary

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) seeks an experienced Deputy Chief of Network Support to oversee elementary and high school networks, ISPs, and the Options Network in Chicago. This full-time, exempt role focuses on strengthening principal supervision, instructional leadership, and equitable resource allocation across CPS.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field is required.
• Valid Professional Educator License, with a Superintendent endorsement, is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the implementation plan advancing the District’s five-year vision while promoting district-wide equity and accountability.
• Supervise, develop, and evaluate Network Chiefs and Deputies with data-driven performance reviews.
• Provide executive coaching to principal supervisors to strengthen instructional leadership across networks.
• Lead cross-department collaboration to align operational and instructional functions across the district.
• Develop leadership and succession plans to ensure pipeline of capable district leaders.
• Monitor district performance and resource allocation to improve student outcomes.
