Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Training and Support Equipment Deputy Chief Engineer to lead the Training and Ground Systems IPT within the TACAMO Program. This onsite role in Melbourne, FL oversees technical design activities, ensures program integration with suppliers, and drives configuration decisions to meet system performance and sustainment goals.

Qualifications

• Basic requirements include a STEM degree and 14+ years of aircraft systems experience or advanced degrees with commensurate experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required to start; Top Secret preferred.
• Ability to lead supplier reviews, data trade studies and system integration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical design activities within the IPT and ensure supplier integration aligns with the main technical solution.
• Drive configuration decisions to achieve expected system performance and sustainment goals.
