Mano Maritime Ltd. seeks an experienced maritime engineering leader to support the Chief Engineer in overseeing all technical departments on our vessel. The role emphasizes safe, efficient operations and adherence to industry standards.

You will supervise engineers and technicians, manage maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with ISM and safety regulations, while coordinating with electrical, HVAC, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Chief Engineer License and STCW certification.
• Advanced Fire Fighting training and strong English.
• Proven leadership in senior engineering roles on ships.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chief Engineer with day-to-day management of the Engineering Department.
• Supervise and coordinate all engineering personnel.
• Oversee planned maintenance, repairs, inspections, and technical operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISM, safety regs, and environmental standards.
• Monitor machinery performance, fuel consumption, and equipment reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance with Electrical, HVAC, and Facilities teams.
• Manage technical stores, spare parts inventory, and engineering documentation.
• Support dry dock preparations and shipyard projects.
