Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or systems engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years in technical leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving.
• Experience with design & analysis steps for custom one-off systems.
• Ability to perform complex systems analysis and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration of hypersonic test facilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early.
• Drive documentation, validation plans, and design reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead engineering reviews.
