Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the sales floor stocked and organized
• Engage customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing procedures
• Organize back stock, ensure items are tagged, hung, and correctly coded
• Collaborate with store leadership to optimize flow of goods and achieve plan goals
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to labor and policies
