Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. is seeking a Depot Parts Technician (21410) to support depot maintenance by receiving, organizing, pulling, and delivering parts to technicians.

This in-person role ensures accurate part identification, proper documentation, and timely availability for scheduled work. Responsibilities include processing pick tickets, inventory records, and coordinating with teams to resolve shortages or discrepancies, while maintaining ES D and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform routine material handling tasks.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and use of spreadsheets or inventory tracking systems.
• Experience in depot/stockroom/warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic components and part-number identification preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, pull, and deliver parts and materials to technicians.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and serial/lot numbers against documentation.
• Assemble and label parts kits for scheduled maintenance and repair tasks.
• Enter receipts, issues, returns, and location changes into inventory systems.
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts; reconcile records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with teams to address shortages.
• Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to support work priorities.
