Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. seeks a Depot Parts Technician (21410) to support depot maintenance by receiving, organizing, pulling, and delivering parts for technicians. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills include data entry and use of spreadsheets or inventory tracking systems.
• Ability to perform routine material handling tasks and move parts safely using appropriate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts and materials from designated storage locations using pick tickets and work orders.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and applicable serial/lot numbers against documentation.
• Assemble and label parts kits for scheduled maintenance and repair tasks.
• Deliver parts to technicians, workstations, or staging areas and document transfers.
• Receive incoming materials, verify shipments, and report missing or damaged items.
• Update receipts, issues, returns, and location changes in the inventory system.
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts; reconcile records and research discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs.
• Process unused parts for return to stock and segregate damaged or unidentified materials.
