Job summary

Klosterman Baking Company is seeking a warehouse associate in Dayton, OH to break down loads, distribute products to routes, and ensure timely, orderly transport of items. You will unload from daily transports and reload with empty trays, while rotating stock and recording all discrepancies across bakeries.

The role requires 18+, background/drug screening, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Previous experience in a warehouse position (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Break down and distributing product loads to proper routes and make adjustments where necessary.
• Ensure appropriate products are to each route in a timely and orderly fashion.
• Unload product from daily transports.
• Reload transport with empty trays.
• Remove substandard product where necessary.
• Separate loads according to the load sheets.
• Properly rotate stock product evenly to routes.
• Add or cut overages & shortages between routes.
• Keep record of stock product.
• Record all overages and shortages from each bakery.

• Unload product from daily transports
• Reload transport with empty trays
• Removes substandard product were necessary
• Separate loads according to the load sheets
• Properly rotate stock product evenly to routes
• Add or cut overages & shortages between routes
• Keep record of stock product
• Record all overages and shortages from each bakery
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid Driver Licenses
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
• Previous experience in a warehouse position (Proffered)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Candidate must be able to work overnight
