Job Responsibilities

1. Manages and performs non-routine disassembly, preparation, overhaul, repair, reassembly, testing, fabrication, and assembly of complex electro-mechanical equipment, requiring moderate electromechanical skill and ability.
2. Performs removal, repair, and installation of items related to rebuilding and repairing communication shelters, trailers, and vans.
3. Conducts structural repairs, including modification of doors and wall assemblies.
4. Performs other related duties as required.
5. Uses drawings, technical specifications, and manuals to lay out and install equipment racks, brackets, holding devices, mast assemblies, HVAC systems, and electrical components within shelters.
6. Applies knowledge from education and prior experience to develop deliverable end products based on written tasks, mechanical drawings, and verbal directions from the COR.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
