Job summary

Hingham Institution for Savings is seeking a Client Service Representative to foster deposit growth by serving as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for consumer and business clients. You will build relationships, understand needs, and guide clients to solutions, while ensuring secure, efficient service and contributing to operational improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Ability to engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Google GSuite preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
