Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in financial services, deposits product experience preferred.
• Experience with ISO messaging formats MT910; MT940; MT950 and CAMT 53/54.
• Ability to break down complex initiatives into epics and stories delivering incremental value.
• Proven collaboration skills; ability to influence and solve problems.
• Willingness to lead through change and drive out-of-the-box thinking.
• 8+ years of product experience and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Owns a deposit component and aligns with platform strategy using product metrics.
• Translates business needs into epics and stories with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritizes work based on business value, revenue impact, KPIs and KRIs.
• Provides day-to-day direction to guide the pod on story details and acceptance criteria.
• Defines measurement and instrumentation to analyze results post-release/launch.
• Assesses UX quality and recommends improvements to user experience.
• Creates wireframes independently with design team coordination.
• Signs off on stories via validation and Sprint Reviews.
