Dave & Buster’s in Nashville, TN is seeking a Deposits staff member to support management by reconciling money, money equivalents, and related paperwork while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will be the initial security point for cash, assist with banks, cash handling, and accurate bill calculations, and ensure timely completion of paperwork. This role requires at least 18 years old, a friendly demeanor, and reliable attendance; familiarity with Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bank or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Previous administrative experience or cash handling experience preferred.
• Employee needs to be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems or significant matters and takes corrective action.
• Initial point of security for all money, money equivalents, and all applicable paperwork.
• Makes timely and accurate calculations of bill transactions.
• Handles money accurately and balances high volume of receipts.
• Assists staff with banks, checkouts, and money procedures.
• Completes all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conducts inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
• Reviews the cleanliness and organization of Deposits areas, inside and out.
• Ensures restocking of necessary supplies.
