Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Deposits staff to support management by handling money, reconciling receipts, and processing paperwork in a high-volume entertainment environment. You will deliver accurate cash handling, assist with banks and checkout procedures, and help keep deposits organized while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires excellent math and verbal skills, familiarity with Excel, a friendly demeanor, and at least 18 years of age.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Bank or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Effective communication with guests while generating enthusiasm for D&B.
• Strong math and verbal skills needed.
• Dress neatly and professionally at all times.
• Able to read and communicate in English.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Articulate greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells.
• Familiar with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in controlling the flow of money and deposits.
• Reconcile money, money equivalents, and applicable paperwork.
• Balance high volumes of receipts and handle money accurately.
• Assist with banks, checkouts and money procedures.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Conduct inventory during/after shifts as applicable.
• Maintain clean, organized Deposits areas and restock supplies.
• Communicate problems to the manager and discuss improvement areas.
