Dave & Buster’s is seeking a deposits staff member to support management by reconciling money and paperwork while delivering guest‑centric service. You’ll be the first line of security for money and receipts, balance high volumes, and assist with banking and checkouts in a fast‑paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork, with a focus on maintaining security, inventory, and smooth operations across deposits areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bank or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Previous administrative or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests while showing enthusiasm for Dave & Buster’s.
• Strong math and verbal skills.
• Dressed neat, clean, and professional at all times.
• Read and communicate in English.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Clear greetings and farewells to guests.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Initial point of security for money, money equivalents, and related paperwork.
• Make timely and accurate calculations of bill transactions.
• Handle money accurately and balance a high volume of receipts.
• Assist staff with banks, checkouts, and money procedures.
• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Conduct inventory during and after shifts, if applicable.
• Support management as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Deposits areas.
• Check restocking of supplies and bring areas up to standard.
• Discuss problems with the manager and assist team members as needed.
• Reconcile monies from banks and maintain good working relationships.
