Job summary

You will join our Customer Support team to deliver accurate, timely help, educate customers, resolve questions, and escalate when needed. Collaboration with on-site teams is essential.

Flexibility to work shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM CST and to participate in on-call rotations will be required as part of this role.
