Qualifications

• Prior experience in a litigation support or legal administrative role.
• Familiarity with deposition procedures and legal calendaring.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with case management systems; Litify experience is a plus.
• On-site, full-time role with standard hours plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve deposition notices, subpoenas and objections.
• Track witness information and ensure subpoenas land at the correct locations.
• Coordinate out-of-state subpoenas and work with third-party vendors.
• Schedule court reporters, videographers, and interpreters for depositions and trials.
• Book and manage conference rooms and keep calendars conflict-free.
• Support deposition prep for clients as directed by attorneys.
• Order and save depositions transcripts and videos; organize in Litify and Dropbox.
