Responsabilités

• Answer calls, emails, and service requests from branch staff and customers, and provide clear answers in a timely manner.
• Process address and account changes, statement updates, and renew certificates of deposit.
• Handle day-to-day transactions and exceptions following procedures.
• Support digital banking, including online banking, mobile deposits, and electronic transfers.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and flag potential fraud to appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to team tasks as needed.
