Responsibilities

• Support servicing and maintenance of checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts.
• Process stop payments, dormant account activity, and account maintenance requests.
• Investigate and resolve non-post transactions.
• Verify large-dollar checks and endorsements.
• Maintain customer profiles, account records, and portfolio information.
• Process time-sensitive operational transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform research and error correction on customer accounts.
• Prepare account verifications and supporting documentation.
• Scan, index, and maintain electronic financial records.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Assist with reporting and operational recordkeeping requirements.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
• Partner with branch staff and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Provide backup support for operational functions and the Call Center as needed.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support special projects and department initiatives as assigned.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Position Summary

Heitmeyer Consulting is supporting a banking partner who is looking for a Deposit Support Representative whosupports the day-to-day servicing and maintenance of deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit. This role is responsible for account maintenance, exception processing, customer research, document management, and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced banking operations environment.

Key Responsibilities
