Bank-of-Tennessee is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist to support the daily duties of the Deposit Operations Department, AOP, and RMS systems. The role requires presenting a positive, professional image as a bank representative.
Core duties include processing and balancing deposits, researching unposted items, and maintaining accurate account records. Strong attention to detail and compliance with BSA/OFAC are essential.
As the Deposit Operations Specialist, you will assist in carrying out the daily duties of the Deposit Operations Department. Perform daily functions in Deposit Operations, Automatic Overdraft Protection (AOP) and the Relationship Manager System (RMS). As a representative of the Bank, you are required to present a positive and professional image at all times.
This position operates in a professional office environment. You will be stationary at a workstation, frequently operating a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively with managers and employees. Regular use of email for communication is essential. Must be able to accurately gather and process verbal and written information and properly prepare or inspect documents. Good manual dexterity is needed for the frequent use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculators, copiers and telephones. Out-of-town or overnight travel may be required.
