Sunwest Bank is seeking a Centralized Services Specialist in Meridian, ID to provide professional support to deposit clients across onboarding and account maintenance. You will work with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers while supporting a wide range of banking products and services.

The role emphasizes problem solving, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance as you handle client inquiries

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking experience including account opening and customer support.
• Strong problem-solving and research skills for resolving complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems and ability to operate a 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for deposit clients via phone and email.
• Open and maintain all types of client accounts and updates.
• Provide first-level support for online banking, remote deposit capture, lockbox services, and card programs.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Onboard specialty deposit clients with clear communication of setup requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Support fraud prevention efforts by escalating security concerns.
• Partner with Sales Officers to support complex client needs.
• Ensure required documentation and agreements are complete and compliant prior to implementation.
• Track client issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Educate clients on account services and features.
