Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in deposit operations or related financial services is beneficial.
• Familiarity with NACHA rules, Regulation CC/E, and bank security procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposit operations items (wire transfers, ACH, checks) accurately and on time.
• Review transactions for completeness and compliance with controls and regulations.
• Perform daily item processing, exception handling, research, and balancing.
• Conduct fraud reviews and investigate suspicious transactions.
• Document findings and coordinate follow-ups for loss mitigation.
• Maintain records and audit trails for processing activities.
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements in deposit ops.
• Collaborate with fraud, risk, compliance, treasury, and customer support teams.
