Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking a Deposit Operations Servicing Rep in the United States to support onboarding and ongoing deposit servicing. You will process account origination requests, maintenance tasks, and operational transactions, including ACH, wires, RDC, and check processing.

You will respond to customer inquiries and assist with regulatory servicing tasks, always upholding accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to learn banking procedures, processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• 0–2 years of related banking, financial services, operations, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process routine deposit origination requests and servicing tasks accurately.
• Perform ACH, wire transfers, RDC, check processing, and account maintenance.
• Handle routine exception items (stop payments, non-post transactions, overdrafts).
• Respond to inquiries by researching account information and providing timely updates.
• Assist with legal/regulatory servicing tasks and fraud prevention efforts.
