Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of Bank Operations or related experience.
• Experience with Debit Card processing or bank operations.
• Ability to use office equipment, including scanners, printers, and computers.

Responsibilities

• Process debit card disputes and fraud notifications.
• Support the daily ACH process and prepare reports.
• Manage overdrafts including daily monitoring and customer notifications.
• Process chargebacks and mobile deposit checks.
• Perform other Deposit Operations duties as needed.
