Job summary

F&M Bank is seeking a Service Specialist I in Lodi, CA. The role focuses on deposits operations in the Central Operations/Deposit Operations Services unit, including account maintenance, new account review, transaction review, and reconciliation tasks.

Proper handling of dormant/escheat monitoring and related duties will be part of daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate has experience in deposit operations, ability to learn regulatory requirements, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experience in deposit operations, including checks and related transactions, general ledger reconcilement, and dormant account processes.
Ability to prepare concise and accurate documents with understanding of State and Federal regulatory requirements and quickly learn bank policies.
Professional self-starter who can work independently yet collaborate in a team.
Demonstrates prioritization, focus, and organization under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Handle tasks in the Deposit Operations Services unit: account maintenance and new account review, deposit account transaction review, general ledger reconciliation, and dormant and escheat monitoring.
May include signature card review, exception item processing, and other duties as assigned.
Deliver exemplary customer service to internal and external customers and support for complex requests; troubleshoot operational issues quickly while considering impact.
