How You’ll Make an Impact

This position ensures banking operations adhere to established quality and compliance standards. The role involves overseeing operational processes and driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage changes to customer account information, including personal details, account status (active, dormant, closed), and product upgrades or downgrades.
• Maintain customer information files, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, and inefficiencies in banking operations, and collaborate with teams to develop corrective actions.
• Ensure all changes to account information are accurately documented and updated in the banking system to maintain data integrity.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Supports internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit requests.
• Provide training and support to bank staff on deposit management procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by leaders.

Requirements

Required Education: Technical Studies

Possible Degrees:Associate Degree in Business

Other Education:N/A

Required Years of Experience in Position: 1- 2 years experience in Deposit Operations, customer service, or a related role within the banking industry. (preferred but not required)

Languages: English and Spanish (Preferred)

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Banking Experience.
• Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadliness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
