Job summary

1st Security Bank is seeking a detail-oriented team player for the Deposit Operations group. You will provide excellent service and support, handling wire and check processing, inquiries, and risk reviews to ensure accurate daily operations.

The role requires strong communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and collaboration across branches. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with full medical, dental, vision coverage and a 401K matching program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, use multiple systems, and manage deadlines.
• Must be detail-oriented with responsiveness and flexibility.
• Strong team player with excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize internal and external requests and foster relationships between operations and the Bank.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Communicate clearly in oral and written form and follow up with employees and customers.
• Process wires and check transactions within Deposit Operations.
• Support branches and internal departments with research and inquiries.
• Assist manager with Deposit Operations projects and process improvements.
• Adhere to Core Values and bank policies.
