The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in deposit operations and a college degree or certification, with a focus on accuracy and leadership within a locally owned bank.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Deposit Operations Manager or related role.
• Experience in both consumer and commercial deposit operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Belief and promotion of work-life balance and positive culture within the bank
• Exhibit interpersonal and communication skills, promoting open, authentic communication
• Represent and promote the bank within the community through events and philanthropy
• Provide leadership to deposits staff including hiring, training, and development
• Oversee account opening, maintenance, teller processing, and related products
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations and internal controls
• Collaborate with Audit and Compliance teams for exams and reviews
• Research, compile, and prepare reports for management
