Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain deposit accounts (consumer and commercial) and special accounts per policy.
• Process maintenance requests with proper authorization and documentation.
• Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Support core compliance functions (BSA, Reg D, Reg Q, etc.).
• Prepare and generate reports as needed by the department.
• Cross-train in Customer Care and Digital Delivery back-up functions.
• Provide superior customer service via phone to internal customers.
• Escalate issues with regulatory impact to the appropriate manager.
• Stay updated on industry changes impacting job performance.
• Manage banking supplies and department-related stationery.
