Enterprise Bank & Trust in Missouri is seeking a Universal Deposit Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations across Deposit, Cash, and Specialized Deposits. You will work in a fast-paced banking environment, ensuring accurate processing and timely responses to internal departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to operate computers and banking software.

Responsabilités

• Assist Banking Units with researching Cash Vault, ATM/ITM and Teller balancing discrepancies.
• Process electronic payments and exception items (returns, chargebacks, adjustments, overdraft decisions).
• Cross train in Deposit Operations, Cash Operations & Specialized Deposits.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist with projects and participate in required training.
• Complete General Service Requests for Deposit Operations, Cash Operations & Specialized Deposits.
• Recognize problems that could have customer or regulatory impact and escalate appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
