Job summary

Truist in Atlanta seeks an experienced professional to ensure compliance with personal deposit regulations and to strengthen the operating model in a single business line. Lead project work including issue identification, risk oversight, and process optimization across deposits and related products.

You will support governance activities, manage production incidents, and drive remediation of risks with internal teams, collaborating across functions to achieve client and shareholder objectives.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Seven years of financial services work related experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Experience organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data with oversight.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at the required level.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and integration activities within consumer and small business deposits and debit card.
• Manage deposit related issues from identification to resolution.
• Mitigate and resolve low complexity business risks with internal teams.
• Understand operations, products, systems, and risks to support business objectives.
• Apply knowledge of deposit banking systems to product lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive outcomes for clients and shareholders.
• Execute risk governance activities across programs, ensuring regulatory alignment.
