Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States seeks a Deposit Product Senior Analyst to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of consumer and small business deposits, from acquisition to retention.

You will drive strategic planning, implement deposit-related initiatives, and monitor performance metrics across multiple products and channels. Collaboration with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology is essential to ensure standards and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and training.
• 4+ years of work experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong partnership-building and collaboration skills with proven ability to drive projects to completion.
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills with ability to generate actionable insights from analytics.
• Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey insights clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities per senior management direction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; initiative and adaptability.
• Knowledge of risk management guidelines and procedures; ability to elevate risks.
• Ability to interact with third party vendors and manage partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deposit performance trends across sales production and revenue metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply industry knowledge to deposits and debit products projects.
• Recommend new products and enhancements by analyzing needs, measuring performance, and interpreting results.
• Assist in the design and execution of marketing and sales campaigns to drive acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with Channel Leaders and other partners to resolve client issues and create training and product documents.
• Build strong relationships with Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Analytics and Technology teams.
• Partner with analytics teams to analyze client behavior and needs.
• Research competitor products and industry trends; drive data-informed decisions.
