Description

The Device Deployment Technician is responsible for the preparation, deployment, installation, and support of new endpoint devices across locations. This role will work closely with IT teams, clinic leadership, and end users to ensure a seamless refresh and deployment experience while minimizing disruption to patient care operations. The technician will provide hands‑on support for device setup, migrations, troubleshooting, and user onboarding.

Device Deployment & Configuration

• Deploy, install, and configure new desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripheral devices.
• Perform device asset tagging according to organizational standards.
• Be sure user profiles, printers, network connectivity, and required applications are all functioning properly
• Verify device functionality and ensure all systems meet deployment standards before handoff.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Track hardware inventory and maintain accurate asset records.
• Document deployed devices, serial numbers, assigned users, and clinic locations.
• Coordinate equipment receiving, staging, and disposal activities.
• Ensure compliance with asset management procedures.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
