**Fully onsite in downtown Baltimore**

Description

Our client will be upgrading all devices from windows 10 to windows 11. Due to the size of the company, this will be a large effort to ensure all devices are properly migrated. In order to meet the expectations of the end user population, they are seeking PC Technicians with experience on large scale deployment projects. Candidates should have prior experience imaging using a tool such as SCCM, or the MDT toolkit. They should also have an understanding and experience of the wide variety of incidents that would arise during a deployment of this scale. Experience related to documentation of incidents via a ticketing system such as ServiceNow is also important. This specific role will support a location in downtown Baltimore.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Flexibility and experience working on deployment projects. Due to the size of the project, candidates could be required at some point to support a different location depending on the workload at each site. However, they will be located at one primary location for majority of the project.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
