Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an ITL Deployment Technician to support daily IT logistics and deployment operations. You will handle IT equipment, maintain inventory, support provisioning, and ensure timely fulfillment of client requests.

The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, desk phones, and related IT equipment.
  • Provide desk-side support and basic troubleshooting where appropriate.
  • Ensure safe disposal and handling of retired or damaged equipment.
  • Manage inventory levels within the deployment and logistics scope.
  • Maintain accurate asset traceability through inventory and data entry systems.
  • Receive and process inbound hardware shipments.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts as directed by leadership.
  • Restock IT cabinets, lockers, and vending machines.
  • Support e-waste processing and donation requests.
  • Collect IT equipment from employees during upgrades, offboarding, and device refreshes.

Position Overview

The ITL Deployment Technician plays a critical role in supporting daily IT logistics and deployment operations. This position is responsible for handling IT equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting provisioning and deployment activities, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requests.

This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment while delivering a high level of customer service.

What You’ll Do
  • Deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, desk phones, and related IT equipment
  • Provide desk-side support and basic troubleshooting where appropriate
  • Ensure safe disposal and handling of retired or damaged equipment
  • Manage inventory levels within the deployment and logistics scope
  • Maintain accurate asset traceability through inventory and data entry systems
  • Receive and process inbound hardware shipments
  • Perform inventory cycle counts as directed by leadership
  • Restock IT cabinets, lockers, and vending machines
  • Support e-waste processing and donation requests
  • Collect IT equipment from employees during upgrades, offboarding, and device refreshes
  • Monitor and maintain ticket queues, task queues, and service requests regularly
  • Coordinate delivery of devices and equipment to meet operational deadlines
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed ahead of orientation or project deadlines
  • Assist with desk moves, workstation setups, and office support activities
  • Partner with inventory and logistics teams across multiple sites and regions
  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas
  • Support operational improvement initiatives and additional projects as assigned by management
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Professional, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Experience with pallet jack or forklift is a plus (training available)
