Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Deployment Planning in Miami, FL to own analytics that drive deployment and itinerary decisions. You will lead competitive analyses, build BI tools, and partner with stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Strategy to enable faster, more informed planning.

You will validate data pipelines, automate analyses, and present insights to senior leadership, shaping enterprise deployment propositions and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, data analytics, business, or related field; master preferred.
• 1+ years of experience leading technical projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; ability to tailor messages to audiences.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerBI (or Tableau), and project management software.
• Cruise industry knowledge preferred; strong Excel and PowerPoint; basic Colonial/AS400, Hyperion On-Demand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute competitive and ad hoc analyses and memos for senior audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to design new analyses and expand the analytics roadmap.
• Design and roll out deployment- and pricing-related competitive intelligence tools.
• Validate data pipelines, automate recurring analyses, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
