Job summary

Ease Health is seeking a Deployment Lead to onboard customers on-site, shaping clinical workflows and integrations. You will manage cross-functional pods, translate requirements into deployable specifications, and collaborate with engineering to ensure successful deployments.

Your role involves hands-on workflow prototyping, data migration oversight, and proactive risk management while maintaining clear status communications across the client organization.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in management consulting, investment banking, or deployment roles.
• Understanding of workflows, integrations, change management, and training.
• A genuine appetite for customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise deployments end to end — from a signed contract to an organization of hundreds of clinicians and billers running their entire day on Ease.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for
