Job summary

Method Security is seeking a Deployment Strategist to manage customer engagements with critical security teams worldwide. You will serve as the primary point of contact for deployment, coordinating across account management, technical analysis, and user support to ensure successful outcomes.

You will work with engineering and product teams to identify value opportunities, drive adoption, and help shape the platform's future.

Role Overview

As a Deployment Strategist at Method, you will be responsible for managing customer engagements with some of the most critical security teams in the world. Your principal responsibility is ensuring customers win with their deployment of Method platform as the point person for managing the tactical customer relationship. This is a full‑stack role across account management, business expansion, technical analysis, product opportunities, and user support— it is for a dynamic, well‑rounded individual who is passionate about changing the game in cybersecurity. At Method Security we forward deploy much of our Engineering team, but in this role you will be at the tip of the spear for identifying product‑possible value, customer opportunities, and improvements to the business.

You likely are currently at a top‑tier consulting firm or running some operations function at a tech company and want to get closer to a critical mission and flex your analytical skills.

You have a technical counterpart in the Mission Operations Engineer role which is responsible for the technical delivery, administration, and extension of Method platform.
