Job summary

Merge is seeking a Project Manager to own the end-to-end project management of large-scale customer deployments in San Francisco. You will be the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful go-lives and managing project timelines.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in technical project management within SaaS environments, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end project management of large-scale customer deployments, from kickoff, successful go-live, and beyond.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, including engineering, solutions, and product, to deliver on complex customer requirements.
• Lead regular status meetings, provide progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Surface customer feedback and deployment insights to inform product and process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, management consulting, engagement management, or a related field in technical SaaS environments.
• Experience working with technical products and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility and impact.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

Compensation

• The cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000.
• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
