Job summary

Castles Technology, North American subsidiary Castles Technology International, based in Kennesaw, GA, seeks a Deployment Manager to lead deployment, fulfillment, and dropship operations across North America.

The role requires mentoring teams, setting priorities, coordinating with Sales,Support, Product Development, and Operations, and delivering high-quality deployments on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • 5–8+ years in deployment management, implementation, operations, project management, or related leadership roles, preferably in payments/tech.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving cross‑functional operational execution.
  • Strong ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and drive projects forward with limited oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of payment technologies, including POS systems, gateways, and card processing preferred.
  • Experience overseeing operational fulfillment, logistics, or dropship functions preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and maintain momentum across teams.

Our North American subsidiary, Castles Technology International, based in Kennesaw, GA, is responsible for all sales and support throughout North America.

The Deployment Manager will lead the successful deployment, implementation, and dropship operations of payment solutions for clients across North America. This role is responsible for driving execution, prioritization, operational coordination, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure deployments and fulfillment activities are delivered efficiently, proactively, and at a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of deployment professionals to ensure high performance, accountability, and engagement.
  • Establish clear priorities, expectations, and operational workflows to support efficient execution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on ownership, urgency, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Own and drive end‑to‑end deployment execution for payment solutions, ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with client expectations.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day deployment and dropship operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders and deployment requests.
  • Ensure dropship activities are prioritized, coordinated, and executed in alignment with client requirements, operational capacity, and project timelines.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, competing priorities, and operational gaps before they impact delivery timelines.
  • Direct the prioritization of deployment projects and tasks based on business impact, client urgency, resource availability, and operational capacity.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and project success.
  • Monitor deployment progress closely and adjust plans proactively to maintain momentum and delivery timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed deployment schedules, operational tracking mechanisms, project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies.
  • Serve as a central point of operational coordination and escalation management during deployments.
  • Partner closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to improve fulfillment efficiency, visibility, and delivery accuracy.
  • Monitor operational throughput and identify opportunities to improve deployment and dropship scalability, turnaround times, and overall client experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Support, Product Development, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless deployment execution.
  • Mobilize cross‑functional teams to address issues quickly and keep projects advancing.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients during deployment activities, providing proactive communication, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support successful client outcomes.
  • Ensure the configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of payment solutions meet client specifications and company standards.
  • Work closely with technical teams to address implementation challenges and ensure operational readiness post‑deployment.
  • Ensure all deployments adhere to industry regulations, security protocols, and company standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize deployment processes, improve scalability, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop and document best practices, procedures, and lessons learned to enhance future deployments.
  • Support operational planning and workflow optimization across deployment, fulfillment, and dropship functions to improve scalability and execution consistency.
  • Assist leadership with operational planning, workflow improvements, and resource planning as deployment demands evolve.
  • Support the development and tracking of operational metrics related to deployment performance and service quality.
