Job summary

MOIA America is seeking a Rollout Manager to lead multi-city deployment of upload stations and connectivity. You will coordinate local operations, IT hardware partners, MNOs, and engineering teams to ensure site readiness, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.

You will own end-to-end rollout execution, manage risks, and drive cross-functional alignment across operations, vehicle teams, and backend platforms. Travel 30-40% is expected in this role based in the Silicon Valley area.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in connectivity, telecom, automotive, or embedded systems
• B.S. in IT/CS; MS preferred
• Strong communication and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute upload station rollouts across multiple cities and hubs
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and handover of upload station IT hardware
• Align rollout with vehicle ramp‑up and operations readiness
• Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications throughout rollout
• Ensure network readiness, SIM provisioning, and SLA governance
