Job summary

Figure is seeking a Deployment Engineer to support customer-site deployments and act as a bridge between customers and engineering. The role involves on-site presence, developing and executing testing plans, and collecting data to drive improvements in software and hardware performance.

The successful candidate will have an engineering background, 3–5+ years in automotive or industrial automation/robotics, and hands-on experience with Linux, Python, and project management tools such as

Qualifications

• Excellent judgment and execution in high pressure situations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between HQ and customer site.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• 3–5+ years in automotive or industrial automation/robotics integration, deployment, and development.
• Experience with Linux, Python or other coding languages.
• Experience transitioning products from design to pilot to commercialization.
• Familiarity with project management software (Confluence, Jira, etc.).
• Software validation experience.
