Job summary

Base is hiring a Deployment Engineer in Austin, TX to architect rapid hardware deployments across Texas. You will design scalable data pipelines, build internal tools and dashboards, and partner with engineering and field teams to improve uptime and customer experience.

You\'ll collect data with SQL, write queries, automate workflows in Python/JavaScript, and create dashboards in Tableau/Looker to reveal bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, process engineering, or internal tools development.
• Proficiency in SQL and writing complex queries to extract and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Audit deployment data to ensure integrity across systems.
• Design scalable deployment pipelines and improve workflow efficiency.
• Build internal tools and dashboards to automate workflows and provide real-time visibility into metrics.
• Perform data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Set up data collection systems for hardware deployment and performance tracking.
