Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Understanding of supply and demand planning processes, key drivers, metrics, and org structures.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar database technologies.
• Excel or similar software proficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create deployment plans directing product flow from manufacturing to meet forward demand.
• Collaborate with Supply Planners, Sales, Distribution, Transportation to optimize service and costs.
• Manage planning system parameters and horizons, analyze risks, and redeploy products as needed.
• Provide timely analysis and clear communication to stakeholders for service and cost objectives.
