Job summary

Novo Building Products, based in Zeeland, Michigan, seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to provide analytical support across Demand Planning, Procurement, and Inventory management, driving continuous improvement by identifying trends and risks and offering actionable recommendations. The role requires 3–4 years of analytical experience and strong Excel/MS Office skills, plus ERP purchasing experience.

The on-site training will transition to a hybrid model with some days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business field.
• 3 to 4 years prior experience in a sales or analytical role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP System Purchasing.
• Strong math skills with ability to translate data into reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, management, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPI’s to measure Supply Chain performance.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve service levels while optimizing inventory.
• Support Sales with monthly Demand Planning process.
• Maintain demand planning systems to improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide Vendor Spend analysis to support procurement.
• Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with IT to improve tools and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for Senior Management.
• Other duties as assigned.
