Job summary

CACI International seeks a SOF Targeting Analyst to provide deployed, embedded and reach-back support, developing intelligence products and support packages to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements.

You will analyze threat networks, applying F3EAD and targeting methodologies while coordinating with DoD, interagency and international partners during deployments that span 120–180 days and include CONUS/OCONUS travel.

Qualifications

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Proficiency with relevant IC tools and databases.
An understanding of F3EAD and targeting methodologies.
Be deployable, meeting all command deployment criteria, including medical readiness to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-to-six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
Willing to work rotating shifts if needed - that may include nights and weekends.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and more than five years of experience, or an associate’s degree and seven years of experience, or ten years of work experience.

Responsibilities

Embed with SOF to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance effectiveness against threat networks.
Identify problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DOD, interagency and international partners.
Most deployments are 120 to 180 days in length.
Provide reach back support and directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other SOF units; and work closely with a wide variety of SOF units, institutions, and partners.
Assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI SOF Support Team, and mentor new members of the team.
Identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations; identify trends, patterns, and key nodes; and highlight their relationships to targeted networks.
