Job summary

CACI is seeking a SOF Targeting Analyst – OSINT to support SOCCENT and JIIM partners, from tactical to strategic levels. You will integrate PAi/CAI, metadata, and commercial data into actionable intelligence products and coordinate with DoD and interagency teams across the SOCOM enterprise.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, willingness to take a poly, and a strong background in dark web, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT or cyber analysis. Local travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree with several years of intelligence experience.
• Experience with TF targeting lines of effort or related roles is preferred.
• Strong OPSEC and source validation practices are essential.
• Experience with DoD and interagency coordination is valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyze PAi/CAI, signals, cyber data and provide analytic services.
• Conduct dark web research and multi-intelligence analysis (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, Cyber).
• Identify data leaks, breaches, and emerging cyber threats.
• Produce integrated intelligence products combining dark web with other reporting.
• Provide senior-level intelligence expertise to support SOFETOPS missions.
• Coordinate requirements across DoD and interagency partners.
