Job summary

CAC I International seeks an Identity Intelligence/Targeting Analyst in Charlottesville, VA to support the I2AS program with rotations and SOF reach-back. You will develop targeting products and coordinate support for missions.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 6+ years of intelligence analysis with identities or networks, and MOS training. Up to 50% travel and a 6-month rotational deployment are included.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 6+ years of intelligence analysis with identities or networks (10 years without a degree).
• MOS training as 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F, 35D, 18F, 180A or equivalent.
• Understanding of intelligence requirements for lethal and non-lethal targeting.
• Familiar with ICD standards and target support products.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Cycle, Collection/Targeting cycles, and analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source Identity Intelligence-focused targeting analysis and produce related intelligence products.
• Develop target packages to support network analysis for lethal and non-lethal engagements.
• Research and analyze to exploit key data sources for target strategy and joint support.
• Apply intelligence cycle, F3EAD, and targeting tradecraft to identify individuals and networks.
• Provide analyses to help decision-makers prioritize targets for plans and operations.
